We use the Wix platform to create affordable websites for small businesses and non-profit organisations. The price is R3000 and includes FaceBook and Twitter profiles as well as a mobi site.
Once the website is created this user friendly platform allows you to modify it yourself with ease. We can also do the modifications for an additional fee - R150 per hour for the first hour or part thereof, then R30 per 15 minute increments.  Training can also be provided at the same cost structure.
